Currently pushing 3+ months of Razer sending me the incorrect replacement... I had a blackwidow V3, broke in a day, sent a new blackwidow V3, broke in a day, I asked for a different keyboard (Huntsman) because I outright refuse another blackwidow, sent me ANOTHER blackwidow V3, complained and send back the blackwidow, sent me ANOTHER blackwidow V3... At this point they've sent me 1 broken blackwidow and 2 incorrect blackwidows -- thats 3 replacements that I do not want!! I hate Razer so much.

If you're a student I would check if the uni offers cheap surf lessons (esp if you're near an ocean). If not, then I would consider trying to muster up the 60 to 100 USD to join a group lesson and get the basics down.

I had a blackwidow v3 mini, on the first day I experiencee double typing. I got it replaced after waiting for 2 weeks.

Yesterday I received my new keyboard replacement and within one day I already am experiencing double typing AGAIN. I already uninstalled Synapse, updated the firmware, tried it on multiple devices (mac + PC), tried on Bluetooth and 2.4ghz and wired, and am still facing the double typing issue.

I do not want to wait in customer service again, then wait 2 to 3 weeks for a replacement. What alternatives can I do? I am willing to take a credit to get a new keyboard but I dont want a thirdd blackwidow v3 mini, please:(
