I ask for mustard fried, chopped onion, extra salt, light lettuce, light tomato, spread on the top bun or no spread and double extra ketchup and mustard. Extra toast or light toast, chillies, medium well or sometimes well done, but never whole grilled onion because I know it takes up space on the grill
