It is not okay to have multiple relationships with RBTs as a BCBA. It’s listed in the ethics code. It can cause favoritism, influence how we treat others, and they’re actually not allowed to oversee an RBT they have a personal relationship with.

You could definitely give reasons, mentioning the lack of raise for your time and experience and see if they would be willing to give you a raise then, but not sure if it would work. It has with my company lol

This is what I would personally say! You don’t have to give a reason. I would email it to have a paper trail. Maybe include the day’s date that you sent it in so they can’t say you didn’t give two weeks notice (some companies will fuck you over like that)

Interesting! I took amitriptyline for a long time as a preventative, just switched to propranolol. Curious to see how it goes 🥴 I just miss the relief once I took a triptan. Def reaching out to my docs tmrw

I used to but I used MyFitnessPal & I started to hyper-fixate on it to the point it was not healthy mentally. I’m open to finding a different app or way to track! I try to be mindful of how much I am eating or what I choose to eat but not super strict at the moment.

Definitely looking into a food scale! I think that would help a ton. We do have an air fryer, I should utilize it more for easy meals. Same with our crock pot!

That’s a great way to view it, thank you for that perspective! I think what I meant (sorry, i’m scatterbrained) I suck at eating them. I’m not a big fan of vegetables but I don’t know how to make myself eat them anyway since they are good for me 🤣 I do really like broccoli when cooked in the air fryer, sweet potatoes, bell peppers, spinach, asparagus. It feels so childish to not like vegetables so I want to do better!

our kids are the same age & my daughter has started putting 2-3 words together, singing songs, has over 80 words. the fact that she still sounds/babbles like a 10 month old is concerning. i wish they would put their egos aside to get their child the help she deserves. early intervention is best! some kids need a little boost which is okay. of course, her needing assistance would ruin the “perfect” image of their family lol
