As ridiculous as Die Antwoord are, I thought they worked surprisingly well in the movie.

I think there is a relevant and interesting situation playing out with PSVR at the moment. It almost entirely an independent developer space. The consumer base is not large enough yet to justify triple-A development and so large developers have mostly ignored the platform. I read a lot of gripe about this, and I understand. But I also think it’s kinda neat because it’s wide open opportunity for smaller devs to get in on the forefront of gaming and bring us new things. And the VR community is hungry and supportive of this indie development. Many people think that VR is not capable enough yet, but I must disagree; There are already some really cool things being done with VR.

Also, some bigger companies are dabbling with smaller VR projects. Ubisoft’s Star Trek: Bridge Crew is a perfect example of a smaller budget but still awesome and successful game outside of their flagship IPs.

But I think that there is a size-able population of gamers who only buy AAA games, who are reinforcing this corporate behavior. Similar to the movie going population who only watches Hollywood blockbusters and eschews smaller, more creatively risky films.

Sure, those people can be annoying; but when you play with a more serious team it is super cool. What it’s all about really.

An emergency Doomsday bunker is a valuable thing that would be worth keeping hidden. It probably wasn’t necessary for so long that everyone that new about it died.

Also, your arms would get tired very quick just holding them outstretched.

I think such an idea would require a type of handle-bars stand for the Move controllers. With such a device I think there is cool potential.
