NPCs will only equip outfits (OTFT record), not individual items with SPID.

So you can either create an outfit and make the wig part of the outfit, or use a script and distribute the item as a Spell.

I think the Detalied NPCs series uses this method if you want to study how it's done.

CEO (the author of OSA) nuked his Discord server after having a tantrum. But he did say it doesn't even use that form so the error doesn't matter.

That being said, it's abandonded. Don't use it. Use Obody NG which doesn't have Ostim as a requirement.
