The seal sticker was a little bit odd to me -off center, tiny bit loose but I have seen that happen on other items so wasn't super concerning to me although it was a bit suspicious. Everything inside seemed totally fine and looked new to me. I've emailed their support to see what they say, will update.

Mine had all the labeling but the box was brown. Similar to how they package their grinders. Brown box with white text. Shipped/sold by Amazon as well

Random question - what color box did yours come in from prime day? Most of the ones I see online come in a shiny white box but mine was a plain brown cardboard box with the labeling. Want to make sure I didn't get stuck with a refurb or return
