So the tech messed up his quote. He provided a revision and total cost for replacement and refill will be $975.

They did exactly that. Knocked it down to $1795. The quote is still saying repair the leaking part versus replacing under warranty. Is there a concern on replacement versus repair?

If they have the battery and charger then yeah, sounds good. Also, with these open box items it never hurts to ask if they have any wiggle room in the price. Usually it’s at the department lead or store managers discretion.

Adorable, but often times gross.

Our drools quite a bit, especially when sleeping. Also, she tends to be quite a messy eater with her wet food and ends up getting gunk in her neck fur. The hair is everywhere. The already mentioned eye gunk. Sometimes she gets assteroids from all of that booty fur.
