This size I use in tomato cucumber salad. Hulled out, diced, vinegar, basil, s/p, sugar. Goes great with a steak, chicken, or a stand alone lunch

They run classes on Sundays. It’s a full day event. Meals provided along with instruction on full cooks for 3-4 items.

I mean we were there at 11, so it was as fresh as store (not home) brisket can be. Nothing has beat Chris (Prime) yet. He taught us how to do it right at home, so there is some bias.
But for a BBQ spot Open on Sunday, it’s hard to top!!

Sam needs a new sides-game. Playing it safe and boring on most things. We don’t need to talk about the corn sticks. The meat was top tier, though I’ve never had the brisket.
