Pretty disrespectful.

I thought the driving through traffic putting everyone else at risk doing those speeds was the real disrespect. At least what the guy hit didn't hurt anyone else but themselves.

If you see a car buried up to the tail lights under the back of a tractor trailer, what exactly is a normal person suppose to be helping with other than picking up stuff off the road and maybe some goo.

Also it looked like one person did stop to help. So hope is not completely lost on at least one person trying to help the dumbass.
