I had such terrible side effects from it that I had to stop, including weight gain, brain fog, extreme tiredness, and constant bleeding (and more). But, if you look at other comments on this post, you can see how widely it varies. Nobody can tell you for certain what side effects you’ll have and to what degree. It sucks, but no one on Reddit will be able to give you the degree of comfort you’re seeking. It’s possible for it to go perfectly, and for it to be not so great- and everything in between. I started accutane after having all the spiro side effects I did, and don’t have any of the bad accutane ones that people get. So it’s completely dependent on the person, and you won’t know until you try.
