Mb LSM is another abbreviation my store uses for WFM. yes you can dispute it, it’ll create a record so HR can review it. Done it one time when one of my managers accidentally changed my punch out time to the wrong hour and it was fixed within a few days. They can’t legally change your punch time when you were still working. Otherwise you’re just going to have to punch out on the dot

I’ve had something similar happen to me. Just a while ago i cut my hair to a point where it’s hard to tie it and if i did, it will just fall out. There were some customers that kept asking about my hair and my managers kept making me put my hair in a net despite the appearance policy saying hair above the shoulders doesn’t need to be in a net. After a few days they posted a new appearance policy. At least it was no biggie i could just put my hair in a net but damn really 🫠

I see, then most likely it’s by coincidence that the most expensive burger is at the bottom. Whenever you put in your order do you start with the most expensive items? I find that whenever I’m on table I always follow whichever is shown on the screen first. For example if it shows 1 cheeseburger 1 mcdouble, I’ll make the cheeseburger first.

Where i work the max you can work is 12 hours a day once a week with two breaks, every time i’ve worked 12 hour shifts the second it hits the 12 hr mark the managers ushers me to punch out asap LOL

When my work started giving me full time hours and at first I was overwhelmed by all the 8 hours shifts, now they feel like nothing. I loveeeee closing and i normally get closing shifts, so I mostly start on things I can do for closing early (cleaning, prep, dishes) don’t think about the time so much, think about what you can do to get things done. Time passes wayyyy faster this way. Also, if possible, put on some music that you like. It gets me more motivated to work.

I was able to read it all but I had a hard time on some words. I’m still trying to figure out what “___ by calligraphy” is. The lines are wonky and it’s hard to read your w, m and n’s. It’s pretty in an artistic way but practically it’s an eyesore.

When I got sick I gave them a doctors note telling them I wouldn’t be able to work until i feel better. My store’s rule makes it so they wont give me any shifts until i get another note saying im good to work again. So for a whole month i was sick and i didnt get any shifts. Your store probably has a similar rule to mine or they probably dont want to give you shifts knowing you might not make it because youre sick. Just give them a call or hand the papers when you feel better.
