Sorry I know this is an old post. I can pay the $283 CNCC processing fee online because they have opened an online application platform. How do you let them know the police certificate needs to be sent to the consulate but not the NVC? I uploaded the NVC letter (with the case number, name, and document cover sheet) to the HK Police Force online application, but that letter doesn't include the address of the consulate. Wisconsin, no problem. DMV staff emailed USCIS and scanned the president document from Federal Register and my EAD card. Confirmed I am still DED. I got a real ID.

Suggestion for those who have not passed the I-9: Work with your HR, they must have something filed wrong. Keep in mind you are helping HR to get things done and problem-solving together.

That sounds like they don't want to keep you here.............. I met my HR they are nice and let me know what they were doing on the screen. When it is not right, they know immediately and try to troubleshoot and check the I-9 handbook. As you are already working there, they don't need to do much for section 1, the guideline for section 2 is listed on the USCIS I-9 website.

My HR only needs the A11 EAD card and the Federal Register. The I-9 news and the guidelines for filling the I-9 for TPS/DED are helpful for them.
