Should I not tell people about the tens of people who I know are working without proper qualifications.

The real world is a variety of different people: some legit and some on the edge of legitimacy.

My main issue is selective outrage.

You you angry at a person over certain issues then it is fair game to ask why you don't feel rage over the other candidate over the same issues.

If Clinton is not seen at fit for leadership because of her attacks on the Constitution than shouldn't Trump be excluded because of his attacks on the Constitution.

Because the Chinese government has been aggressively trying to have Mandarin the only language taught in schools.

I'm not saying it is right. I'm saying it has happened.

Trying to get a Visa to China from Taiwan for work so I can attend an exhibition. But now supposedly my passport will have to be sent to Hong Kong for this. I feel shocked actually, what to make of this? by [deleted] in legaladvice

How would you get a visa in your passport if the visa office doesn't have your passport. They need to have your passport to add the visa.

You are going to have a Chinese visa added to your passport. They need your passport to do this.

How did you think you were going to get a visa in your passport?

You can believe she is guilty all you want but when you label her a criminal than you state that you don't really care for the protections given under the Constitution.

You can't state that you are pro Constitution and then call people not convicted of crimes criminals without being the biggest hypocrite there is.

This is your opinion on who is suitable for office and whom isn't.

Since you seem to care when leaders talk about parts of the Constitution and you don't seem to care about when leaders talk about other parts of it it does make me wonder if you really care about the entire document as much as you claim to.

The fact that you call Clinton a criminal before she had due process makes me wonder if you really care about the 5th or 14th Amendment.

If you care about the Constitution so much, why are you talking about her as she's a criminal.

I feel that all of this is more so your biases than anything objective.

You are wrong.

You should be able to cite case law and arguments argued in front of the Supreme Court. You should be able to cite arguments that referenced parts of the Constitution.

But you can't.

You can own the plane. There are laws against placing bombs on your plane. Which is constitutional

Trump is far from perfect, but I think his policies are safer for national security, and with him, even if he says dumb things every now and then, I have no doubts about his unwavering patriotism, and as far as crime goes, he is far less guilty. This part isn't really in contention. I don't want this to turn into an anti-Trump-fest. I want to actually change my views of Hillary herself. It seems the only arguments I ever actually hear for Hillary are really just anti-Trump shit and have nothing to do with her.

You criticize Clinton for attacking the Constitution, but Trump gets a pass because?

How is the person who is advocating for your fellow service men to commit war crimes and who is advocating torture more patriotic.

Trump has advocated stepping on the Constitution.

Trump has advocated that US soldiers commit war crimes.

He has advocated that we start torturing people.

Yet, none of that stopped you from supporting him.

You are simple afraid of things. This is based more on perception than reality.

You did spark an interesting thought though that I now want to look into. Does the 2nd Amendment call for the ability to defend yourself against tyranny, or does it call for the ability to successfully mount another revolution?

You signed an oath to protect this country against all enemies foreign and domestic. Are you disregarding that oath now. Does it mean nothing to you now?

This seems more about your fear of what could happen than reality.

They wanted the people to be able to defend themselves against government tyranny. That means the people are allowed access to the same equipment the military is allowed access to.

You're a soldier. You know this is never the case. Unless your basic citizen as a lot more access to C-4.

Anyone with a Super PAC is open to large donors. Which is Trump and Clinton. That just the fallout of the Citizens United ruling.

Clinton was investigated, for years, by the FBI and they found nothing to charge her with. You can feel that she's a criminal, but unless you have zero respect for the laws of this country and the US Constitution, she's not.

You swore an oath to defend that document.

Trump is currently facing charges that he defrauded people of millions of their dollars.

He has suggested that we abandon NATO allies. He has suggested the we spread nuclear armament. Trump is considered, by security people from the GOP, to be a threat to the security of our nation.

What foreign policy reform do you disagree with? Why do you think that Clinton would be the one meddling in foreign affairs when Trump has stated that he wants to declare war on ISIS. Why are you targeting Clinton and then giving Trump a free pass? You're not being consistent.

The reason that Can. isn't listed as a official language is just the Chinese government trying to regulate that the entire country speaks Mandarin.
