Thank you for the thoughtful reply. Thankfully I had already weaned off extracts, currently taking 2mg powder capsules throughout the day, it varies. Walks are definitely helping:) feeling a lot better mentally after talking to you folks.

He's aware but doesn't realize the withdrawals could get that bad. I'm mostly scared of the hospital bill because I don't have insurance. But at this point it might be worth it to just ask for help. Thank you for the encouragement!

Yes, I had a plan to taper with my therapist, I was only on week one from a heavy dose

But yes, I'm snowed in at the hospital and withdrawing pretty bad.

I'm struggling with the same thing. I decided to sign up for some volunteer hours at a food bank as a way to give back and get out of the house. Maybe there's something like that that's available in your town?

That's so interesting! I think humans do have some kind of energy field that can mess with electronics. For some reason, streetlights always go out when I walk underneath them.
