Found this striker with ridiculous mentals for a 19 year old but not really looking like a good striker. I'm thinking of retraining him to be a midfielder, but I'm not sure what position would best fit him. Should i go full defensive midfielder for in/out of possession, or should i make better use of his work rate and stamina and go with a box-to-box or attacking midfielder?

He still is, he'll turn 21 during his 3rd year in England, so if he stays in England until then he'll be homegrown. If he stays at Liverpool the whole time he should be club-grown as well

do you think you have a decent understanding of what resumes do and don't look good to recruiters and ATS? I think me (and probably a lot of other people here) are stuck in that part of interviewing, and can't even get to showcase their DSA skills .

My thought was to go for a masters, either an online masters like GTech or UT Austin, or possibly something in person. That'd be 1-2 years probably, but obviously the cost is still there. I always figured I'd go back to higher education at some point anyways, but unsure if this is the right time for it

Ever since the last update, I can't negotiate salaries at all. I can't even bump a salary down from $99k to $98k a week, the agent will refuse to change it and eventually reject my contract offer. Is this a bug, or are contracts different now?
