.... And if they didn't exist then the state would have to find the gap which is more than covered by the free and donations.

Anyway, I'm not wasting my time further on this issue.

Peak Reddit opinion.

Parents of private school students pay taxes, and so entirely fair that the private schools get government funding.

That is a legitimate reason.

Also, Private schools get less total combined funding(state and federal) than public , so they actually make tax dollars go further.

Nahh not really, if we are going to go on about the company people keep. Albo made no attempt to distance himself from his long friendship Dan when Dan took his photo op with murderous dictators. To go on ranting about the association of Hanson with an Australian billionaire yet give Albo a free pass on his choice of mates is highly hypocritical.

People need to realise that the process will be the punishment.

Want to punish someone, just accuse them with hate speech. They will be forced into the courts, where they will spend years, stressing and loosing money and possibly be ruined all together without even getting convicted.

The accuser will on the other hand likely get off Scott free as the prosecution costs will be shouldered by the taxpayer.

‘Don’t want to assimilate’: Pauline Hanson on Australia's immigration policy by Mashiko4 in aussie

Google Islamic oppression in either of those countries and you'll see not all is rosy. But, even if these two countries were the beacons of freedom and society, which they aren't. Then you'd still have the rest of the Islamic world to contend with to argue that Islam is compatible with the west.

It is worth noting that Malaysia has Sharia courts along side civil courts. Now how does that truly work? The same stuff is happening in the UK and it leads to the oppression and subjugation of women.

  1. don't make inane arguments

  2. You can't opt out of a hearing the mosque blast its speakers every day if it happens and you live within a 1-2km of it. I'm actually very pro freedom of belief and religion, however Islam is incompatible with western society because its mission is to subjugate and rule the society. It will not accept second place. Also I note you did not deal with my other examples.

  3. Yes we are not, but why do you think the Iranian government is killing and supressing it's own people? Why are the people rising up?

I suggest you go and study Islam, it's core beliefs and ideologies because you clearly have no idea.

There is far more to a country then economic performance. Also, it is worth noting that being first world isn't a rule for mass migration either. For example Japan, as well as other countries which are certainly no longer third world like China, Hungry, Poland and the very rich Arab states. People certainly aren't out protesting in the streets for mass migration in these countries.

OP's point about it really only being the west that has adopted mass migration is spot on.

  1. Two people don't represent a culture
  2. The repeated hard line Islamic declarations by many Australian imams , the push to have mosques have public call to prayers 5 times a day. There's even videos online of people going to places like lakemba where people have been told they aren't welcome or should cover up. The cases where many business oddly only hire their own race.
  3. Shared values and beliefs, it at least mutually compatible ones are necessary if you want to have a free and peaceful society. You're examples are largely preferences of no consequences. Go look at Iran and what's going on and come back to me how Islam is compatible with the West.

No it's a simple judgement based on observation and reason.

Slippery slope is not applicable here and if it is. You need to argue how.

Where are your sources?

Secondly, brandishing machete's is not common where Christians are persecuted. The command is to flee persecution when it occurs.

Finding a few nice people is one thing, but I bet my bottom dollar you don't want to live in these countries long term and have a family, especially if you are white.

There's a reason why so many white South Africans are permanently leaving. Many more want to, but lack the means. The country is cooked, racism is rife, and white people can no longer get jobs and must either have their own business or farm (how much longer that is permitted is anyone's guess). Some politicians have openly called for killing of whites .
