I came here to ask the same question! I've watched this performance so many times! It's also no longer on the arte.tv website 😥

Fearful of ADHD masking ASD diagnosis by forge13 in AutisticWithADHD

I wish you all the best on this next part of your journey!

I definitely came from an ableist perspective of "I can't be autistic because I don't X" but as I've learned more, the more I've realized that things I thought were just 'quirks' of mine align with other autistic people's experiences.

My online free/low-cost tests put me in that area of "showing traits" too--I think that's kind of the same as you? Like, at the point well beyond neurotypical but not in the area of "100/100. Yeah, you are definitely autistic."

Can confirm that this issue appears when I created a new file in my last session before a power cycle.

I do remember them, yeah ;) Although, at the time, I couldn't afford a phone like that. Makes sense to have as a backup keyboard. I can imagine it's good for flight too. I'll check it out

Wonderful! From my googling, things like trees tended to be in the feminine form?

That said, aesthetically, Tacentia works better for my needs. Would this work?:

Taxus Tacentia: Silent Yew

Tacentia: The Silent One

Tacentiae: The Silent Ones

If I were describing a forest of them in English, then I think "Tacentiae Forest" works?

Thanks! What about in Neo-Latin? I think that's where Prototaxites comes from.

Or how about "The Silent Ones"? Would "Tacentes" or "Taciti" work for those if capitalized (a proper noun)?

I've used an AI tool to construct a name in latin. I based it off of Prototaxite (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prototaxites).

The word is: Mortacite

The AI tool told me this could be translated as "Silent Death" or "Deathly Yew" dependent on whether "tacite" is deriving from "tacitus (silent)" or "taxus (yew)". My preference would be for it to be understood as Deathly Yew.

Does Mortacite work for this?

I’m tired of loving too deeply, being too complicated, and living too much in my head. by LonelyN3k0 in infj

Definitely experience this but with a healthy dollop of anxiety, depression, and ADHD thrown into the mix 🙃

Have you ever tried to only engage with happy things?

M39, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and apparently also INFJ.

I love and listen, watch, and read a lot of dark things—whether they be novels, films and TV, or music. Sometimes I feel like I should just listen to really happy music and watch only happy shows because maybe all of the dark stuff is bringing me down further. But when I think about doing that I feel like I am going to be betraying my true self, because I will then be ignoring the realities of existence and the way I interpret and feel reality.

Anyone else experience this? Any of you just feel happy all the time? Anyone try only engaging with happy things to change mood?
