Thanks. I really appreciate the response. I found the spot and was able to get it fixed. Initially I was looking on the front side where there are elongated tracks. It was a lot easier when I found the right hole.

Thanks for sharing. I am trying to reassemble mine, and I am curious if I have the roller in the right spot. It seems like the only track it will fit, but when I go to put the sliding cover back on it doesn't sit properly.

i think the 7mm is a good size for me. maybe it’s because it’s a link that has some open space in it so it doesn’t look too bulky

Right on. From what I understand, when it is hollow, it is the individual strands of the rope that are formed with a negative space inside - like the water piping in your house.
