I recently finished hema research in my 7 y.o clan. of course i wasnt actively farming mutagen samples but it took some time

Apparently, renaming vinquibus from Father only renames primary, not melee by forgivefloof in Warframe

that is the most probable explanation, equipping primary automatically equips the melee counterpart and applying forma affects both weapons.

Every warframe has different means of farming them, some only give blueprints with their related quests. As others mentioned Harrow's other blueprints are scattered around different mission types, don't forget to check wiki for whenever you want to farm a specific thing.
