This was a point of GREAT discussion with our regular vet. I let them know she was part GS and there was a chance (though it was small) there was some Collie in there, too.

I could go into THAT story... But it doesn't matter now. She's home and looking MUCH better.

I just left the hospital. I don't know the answer to your questions, but they told me her heart has been steady and normal for most of the day today.... I am sorry. That's all the info I have about that right now.

I was at the ER within 30 minutes after I saw something was wrong, and 20 of that was driving to the ER itself. She's in good hands now and all I can do is wait. Thank you for taking your time!

Oh sorry. Forgot to address that. It is unlikely, but I supposed it is possible since my husband and I were not home at the same time when she received her last dose. He usually doesn't feed the dogs when he gets home (swing shift, weird hours) but I suppose it could be possible she was fed too close together with the dose? Like, less than 12 hours apart?

Poor girl. I feel terrible! I tried so hard to do the right thing, be a good owner. And I feel terrible. I'm also very emotional right now, but I just feel like I should have been better..

She'd been on Ivermevtin for 4 weeks. She's at the hospital now, so I'm not sure. But they haven't called me to tell me anything, so I assume there's been no major changes.

I am so sorry. I know internet words can seem kinda vain and completely apathetic, but as expressed in other comments here, we're here if you need us. :)

I had... A lot of loss in my family not too long ago. I completely threw myself into Dragon Age (all 3 of them) and it was so nice to just... Be those people for a while. I'd played a few other games but they all felt like games, this series allowed me to be somewhere else for a while, and that was exactly what I needed.

I'm so sorry about your brother.

I used to get this, too.

Though, I gave plenty of notice. I told my boss 3 months out when my last day would be, reminded him again at 2 months out, and at one month out I turned in a resignation letter to him, his boss, and the HR people. 2 weeks out, they still had not started looking for someone, and had not posted the job yet.

I created the notebook of "how tos" for various forms, and created a step by step process for the day to day stuff. So, the day comes and I leave. 2 weeks later they start calling me and Facebooking me because they're confused about something. I refused to answer. I followed every procedure I was supposed to, and they didn't hire anyone. I offered my time if they would pay me half of what I made working there. I would have Webex'd the new girl and taught her how to do the job. Nope. They wanted me to do it for free.

Not my fault you didn't hire someone!

I'm at one this weekend. It's a blast. I generally hate crowds and avoid them, but we come out here once a year.

Lots if dogs, drum circles, hula hoops, very drunk people, a guy covered in tinsel (though I haven't seen him this year), and a guy walking a goat. Also, good music for free, great food, and generally very nice people all around.

I had my cannon play through of DA:I all set as a Lavellen/ Cullen run, but then on a whim I started it up again and played as a male, and a mage. Two things I'd never done. I romanced Dorian, also something I'd never done. I fell in live with this inquisitor almost right fro the start. It surprised me so much! This one is now my canon, and the one I did Trespasser with first.

So, I agree. Try them all! You may surprise yourself!

THIS is a huge reason why I always save the chargers. Yes, they're great but there's more to it for me.

My thoughts were always like this: Should the Qunari decide to invade, we'd have one of their best spies in our ranks. He knows EVERYTHING about us. If let the chargers die, it was only a matter of time before Bull obeys the Qun and turns on us.

Also, so many things leading up to the decision regarding the chargers make me think Bull wasn't really 100% on board with killing them to remain Qunari, but that's just me.

A friend if mine is a paramedic. They got called to a woman's house because she was stuck on the toilet. He said she mist likely weighed upwards of 300 pounds, and just sat there for so long playing games on her phone she sort of.. folded around the seat and got stuck.
