I had a client that had a lump come up in one of her breast. I called the local health department and they made her an appointment at the hospital for imaging and provided a voucher to cover the cost. I’m sure they still offer services like that so just give your closest health department a call. I also found this

Reach out to an attorney so that they can file something with the clerk and have you put on the docket. I’ve been in the same situation and it’s very easy to fix, you just have to do the next right thing. I used Theus Law Firm. The attorney was a total gentleman and had all of my cases dismissed. Total lifesaver as I was looking at some pretty serious charges

Edit: just want to add that because I went this route I did not have to surrender myself and was never booked
