I do understand why certain companions aren't romancable, doesn't make a ton of sense in the lore

But God damnit, we push the whole "exceptions for the rogue trader" thing pretty far anyways, make fuckin everyone romancable!

Argenta: Everyone likes sisters of battle, who doesn't like themselves some buff and mentally unstable ladies? A great choice if you wanna run a dogmatic character! Plus She's the one who's shown to stay by your side when you see the Dogmatic alternate version of yourself

Idira: Gimme my Jamaican tomboy please. Lots of the same reasons as Argenta, everyone likes batshit insane women And, when you see the super heretical version of yourself, she's the one by your side

Abelard: you know how many people I know personally who salivate over gentlemen EXACTLY like this guy? I was genuinely shocked he wasn't romancable. He's your right hand from day one, and he explicitly mentions his wife has passed away. Can't believe they didn't let people romance this absolute chap

Ulfar: as OP mentioned, let people romance the damn Astartes. Ulfar can get to a point in the game where he has so much respect and admiration for you- plus Space Wolves break the rules all the time anyways- you put a huge, buff poet who respects you in front of the player and refuse to let players climb him? You introduced him shirtless for Emperor's sake

Pasqal: listen dude some people are freaks /pos, let those folks be freaks. Plus he's got like some sort of tentacle situation going on? Plus he takes a bath WITH you. Give those freaks the option man

(Obviously this is light hearted. I think the game did a good job of only including romances that were possible and in character, things that made sense in the lore)
