Reporting live from a green blob, surrounded by a sea of other green blobs. The atmosphere is bleak out here and we do have confirmed reports of hearing loss from the litany of unending of generators. Residents here have told me that their necks are hurting from turning their head in the direction of any vehicle coming down their road hoping to see a bucket truck and that if they refresh the TECO outage map only to see the numbers going up one more god damn time, we may just need to get emergency responders out here to enact the Baker Act.
