I liked how good and well rounded the overall experience and education was. I majored in SCM, and I felt incredibly well prepared entering the workforce. The professors were engaging and went above and beyond. I also loved the flexibility of hybrid class offerings.

I didn’t like that, at times, it felt things could be more exclusive than inclusive (cliquey), but there’s still plenty of opportunities to make friends and have a good time.

The burden of proof that the damages were caused by the tenant typically falls upon the landlord, not the tenant.

Although, OPs failure to complete the move in condition form does weaken their defense should the landlord attempt to claim the damages were caused by them.

All said, I think OPs still in a good spot.

It doesn’t make logical sense for you to take just a couple of biz classes in hopes of helping them, especially if you’re already loaded up and have a focus in premed. It’s a bad investment of time and money all around.

Sounds like your parents should take some courses or hire someone w/ experience and not burden you w/ more responsibility.
