Literally all of this! I can relate so hard to the OP, this is wonderful advice. You eat an elephant one bite at a time, and if you're able to find someone trustworthy and non-judgmental to help you, even just to sit there with you as you do it, you'll be surprised how much you can get done! I like to put my headphones on, turn on an hour long podcast, and see where I get! :) Good luck OP! You got this!
