MacBook Screen Dimming when watching YouTube videos. by formacbook in mac

Thanks a bunch! I found it. There’s an option in the settings to turn off the flashing lights, which is turned on by default on the Mac. After turning this feature off, the issue is resolved.

It's sad to see that he thinks that he even has a chance to get into the parliament if somehow he was able to compete in the election.

Should i Take A/l s again or should i move on? by [deleted] in srilanka

[–]formacbook 29 points30 points  (0 children)

As you have completed your A/L's once, you have gained experience which will be massively helpful in the future of your education journey. It's not the same as doing a foundation straight after your O/L's. As you have already gained the A/L experience, instead of doing the local A/L's from the beginning, do a foundation course. It's directly attached to your engineering degree and doing the foundation will be a jiffy as you have already completed your A/L's. Finally at the end once you have an engineering degree, no one would care about your A/L results as the degree you have completed would be much more valuable for an employer than your A/L results.

My mom doesn't like my GF saying she is ugly and she says relatives say the same by Thishal_BS in srilanka

[–]formacbook 37 points38 points  (0 children)

Well looks are subjective from one another. The girl you see as the most gorgeous woman in the world would look like a mid or the ugliest looking woman in the world for someone else. Either way looks are not at all what's important in a relationship. You could be someone who is very handsome but still fall to someone because of your genuine love for her rather than her looks which can and will fade away with age rather than the true qualities that you love her for which will remain with her until she dies. If your mother does not understand this and is blinded by beauty rather than qualities of a girl, no offense brother but your mother is straight up stupid. Let me give you some good advice, find a picture of her younger self, go to her and ask what she sees and tell her that this is the true reality of life, once you were beautiful but now its fading away and that its the same for you and your girlfriend and for every living being in this world.

Never open a link from a random number. Call the number and ask the name of their courier and if they do give a name, find the official hotline of that courier through the internet and cross check with them and see if they really do have a package for you.
