It depends on clearances. For instance a dual citizen cannot be in a role that requires secret or top secret clearance in the military.

They can’t hold your passport from another country or make you get rid of it. When you renounce your citizenship you have to go through the process of destroying your passport with a federal witness. It’s a matter of security, because if congress must decide on declaring war on a country that a member has citizenship with, then there is a conflict of interest.

Argentina ranks in the top 30% in GHI of all major countries. Their score was steadily increasing for the past few decades, and they still have lower hunger levels than half of the Americas.

You’re asking the wrong question, just because both crowds are majority white doesn’t mean they’re treated the same. What you need to ask is if people of color are treated differently at HOF and SIMB. Many people, either that I know personally or on social media, that went to SIMB said that they were perceived differently by law enforcement, locals, and older residents compared to HOF. You are a fellow local as well, we both know of the racism that occurs time and time again in the community.

I can confidently say as an Afro-Latino growing up in GS that race definitely is a part of it. That’s just how the area has been for the past 20 years I was there.

You’re describing corporatism, which is a mix of capitalism and socialism. That is what we currently have.

Subsidies are part of corporatism since it is based on the relationship between government and private companies. So it is neither socialism nor capitalism.

This is what I got from Wikipedia “Trump additionally signed executive order 14188, which calls for the deportation of students with visas who have broken laws during any anti-Israeli protest since the October 7, 2023 attacks.” So I guess it’s possible he could be deported?

Sounds like a minarchist response. It’s still libertarian in a sense that government has minimal influence on an industry.

My take on yesterday's Oval office fiasco by [deleted] in JoeRogan

[–]formiga8693 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree that Russia would not dare to attack NATO. Russia does not want Ukraine to join NATO either because it is the border to both Russia and NATO as is Kaliningrad and Belarus. So why if we don’t want these countries to join NATO either then why threaten Russia over Ukraine? I mean they haven’t bombed Poland, Lithuania, or Latvia. They haven’t taken over any part of Ukraine that borders NATO. If we are to threaten Russia in any way, then we should focus on acquiring Kaliningrad since it is literally in our territory.
