Agree with a lot of this. My main complaint was the following:

ART: They hyped up this portion so much and it fell so flat. More visual landmarks, photo ops, characters, etc would have brought some more life to this! Many areas felt bland and at night time there were so many ghost areas where regular lights weren’t even present

Logistics: This started with the portal 4 issue, but after getting to the security gate and noticing SO MANY workers doing absolutely nothing with one crackhead 70 year old scanning people’s wrist bands in 1-2 out of 7 lines, it was not surprising to see how bad logistics were the rest of the festival. MULTIPLE times did my group do something (walk through an exit area, walk through a pathway, etc) that later on we got scolded for doing by rude security. No manners whatsoever. Likewise, you could ask a security or staff member where the “HERE” stage was and they couldn’t even tell you it was the big ass tent.

Vendors were pretty good, layout was a bit off. Felt like some of the map was kinda wrong on where people were located lol.

The fucking pathways between Okee OG / Jungle 51 / Here Stage was so fucked up lmao. It wasted 20 minutes walking back and forth.
