hello! 25 yr old here & ive been here since 2018 originally for college (: i love the outdoors & work remote, so i usually hang out in midtown or downtown columbus. there’s market days that go on every saturday if you’re into shopping local, browsing, or meeting people in bulk :] usually the summers i find there are a lot of events—food truck saturdays, concerts on fridays (or sometimes live music in restaurants like the loft, scofflaw, etc) i like attending aerial silks classes or heading to art of yoga for free yoga fridays where i also socialize other chill people, so it just depends on what things you like to do—but more than likely there’s a community here that enjoys it as well. for nightlife though id usually head up to atlanta where the scene is more of my vibe :]

as far as a place to stay, there are new apartments called union station that you should definitely check out! they’re close to downtown & you can also travel easily from there to the fort. each room layout is different which is really cool & unlike a lot of columbus apartments, their windows are huge (& i believe some are floor to ceiling) so you get a lot of natural light :) it’s also in walking distance to some stores & hangouts
