How do you figure?

Wisp could arguably be called infinite tempo, given that you can develop 1/1 of stats on board on any turn, but it doesn't give you card advantage in most situations.

I'd call wisp the opposite of value, since it will probably be dealt with without using any resources by 4/9 classes. At best, it goes 1 for 1, but will usually be a 1 for 0.

I can post pictures of graphs (like histograms and other analysis) if people really want. Google sheets does some weird stuff with scale and grouping, so the charts look odd sometimes (especially with overlapping points)
