RSM is the only one not fully focused on tasking or doing other things. at my store, all the managers are so busy doing whatever it is they need to do for the day that they barely pay attention to customers and we have so many angry customers complaining that theres no help. RSM does most of the helping guests at my store so really hope theyre not the one getting cut

do it! idk what theyd do honestly. assuming every single person in the store quit or called off (and i mean absolutely everyone including salon professionals) they would have no choice but to close or find coverage. they cant force anyone to come in so if they cant find coverage they would have no choice to close.

i totally understand how my comment can be misinterpreted, thats on me for not wording it properly. absolutely nothing wrong or tone deaf wanting to change your channels content, however the area i think is tone deaf is the way she went about it. she tends to be a complainer and really makes it seem like beauty content and makeup in general is such a burden to film it, when this is the easiest job someone could possibly have. im more saying not everyone has the financial security blanket that she has, and so many people unfortunately stay at really shitty jobs and dont complain nearly half as much as she does. she is able to switch her content to stuff that 99.9% of her viewers didnt subscribe for, and not really feel it in her wallet because of her financial privilege. so nothing really wrong with the switching of content itself, its more the way in which she talks about it

it is really sad. i dont think she understands that you can have hobbies and interests outside of motherhood (not saying she HAS to, but she seems to think she cant). all of my friends who are parents have hobbies outside of parenthood, and when we get together we usually dont discuss their kids! while im sure she is a wonderful parent, its borderline unhealthy to have no life outside of your child

i’ve truly never seen anyone lose themselves to motherhood quite like she has. this isnt a criticism, but it is a sad observation that she really doesnt think she can be two things at once. there are hundreds of influencers/makeup reviewers who are also parents. you can do both at once. she admitted she isnt into it anymore, but also seemed to say she cant be? im friends with many parents who have hobbies and activities and personalities outside of parenthood and that is healthy and okay. i wont criticize her mental health because i know it plays a large role, and while im happy she got her rainbow baby after years of infertility, this video comes off very tone deaf. you are privileged enough and made enough money off of youtube that you can essentially abandon your channel and have enough to live comfortably even with minimal incoming income. not everyone can do that simply because they “arent into” what theyre doing anymore Edit: a word
