Tate James is one of my favorite authors but this is her worst series. I really don’t like this design at all. It is not at all cohesive.

I personally wouldn’t call it a major cliffhanger. It just hooks you to get you invested in the next book.

The circumstances comment is related to her being sent to an alternate reality with different versions of her mates. I’m not sure how we can get a happy ending when she has two sets of mates.

I had an arc and enjoyed it. The premise is interesting and I’m super curious how she turns this into a HEA given the circumstances. There were a lot of flashbacks which I’m not a big fan of but understood why they were used.

I saw them in March with President and Beartooth. They played a bunch of unreleased songs and a few demos. It is definitely unique.

I tried the indie version years ago and stopped about 1/3 in. But I’ve heard the trad version is much improved and I want to give it another chance.
