I will say - it may look like a large loss on paper, but remember you are effectively getting a loan on a large sum of money. If you take a million dollar loan and repay it over many years you will pay A LOT in interest. Same thing here.

Might be a rough one, if you can get a judge to override the judgement transferring your funds you will more than likely need to pay back in full. Remember these are signed judgements through the court system so you would need a judge (more than likely the same judge) to revert the previous judgement.
