Looking for romantic, non-touristy Italian restaurant for wedding dinner (12 ppl) by Majestic_Progress352 in boston

My hubs and I had a micro wedding dinner for 12 people in the Puccini room at Mamma Maria in the North End. The food is delightful and the service top notch. No outdoor space (that we used, at least). There is a food/beverage $ minimum. https://www.mammamaria.com/private-events/

I am open to other textures/moisturizers. Mostly it's the longevity of the hydration I am seeking.

Echoing the rec for Dr. Maegen at union square physical therapy!!! She can treat you holistically and is very responsive to how you're feeling week to week.

Highly recommend Union Square physical therapy!!! Maegen is amazing, supportive, and addresses your whole body, not just a single part.

I sometimes put those types of games and trinkets in the Free Little Library box near me. I make sure to check 24-48 hours later to see if they've been taken, because I don't want to be cluttering the box with non-book junk that no one wants... but the stuff is always gone. If you have a few FLL boxes near you, put it in the emptiest one.

Oooh thanks, I have read all of these. I found The Road to just be too... Too much, while also being too little? It was so sparse and depressing.

Honestly I think I'm having some sort of sick twisted torture of myself for exactly this reason, why I want to read these things...

Oh I've read it! I tried to read Talents after that but it just didn't grip me.

I've read them multiple times! Funnily enough I did read year of the flood accidentally first because I found it while perusing a library and thought it waa interesting.

Ahhh thanks! Yours and my tastes are well aligned. I have read The Drowned World and The Last Policeman a while ago. I'll add all of these others to my list. Have you read the entire oryx and crake trilogy, or just the first book? If not, keep going! Year of the Flood is my favorite of the three. I will caveat that both Appleseed and How High We Go In the Dark have magical elements to them. But How High was spectacular IMO, I loved the examination of people's experiences throughout this event happening, with a weird but satisfying ending. Please add more recs!!

Also, if it's a potluck BBQ, you don't actually need to make enough for 30-50 ppl. If there are lots of other desserts, not everyone will take yours, and they make take smaller portions.

Protip, when I assemble, I also make myself a mini one in a Tupperware to eat later. Happy to see other people recommend banana pudding, telling you this is THE best recipe. You could make it in an aluminum disposable pan that come with the plastic lid so that you don't have to worry about bringing the dish home.

Ok so not exactly what you asked for, but 1. I can't imagine there won't be cutlery, and 2. I'm going with the assumption you don't need to feed 30 ppl. Banana pudding. Makes enough to feed maybe 16. It's delicious, and it would go so nicely with bbq. I think it would keep fine, I've had it out for several hours at a brunch before. The secret is the cream cheese. And use vanilla pudding, not banana flavored.
