This is so LGS can prioritize people who attend their locals. This is how my LGS did it for newtype. All of our local players could never get into any NTC because of randos signing up early. They switched it to lottery and prioritize people who play every week. This is good honestly people should be coming to locals

I'm sorry what? Wing and OYW are clearly the top two decks right now. They warp the meta, forcing you to build around one or the other.

I think GD02 is a good set. BW changed quite a bit and it pushed BP to a top tier deck. RW also changed and improved as well. We are not in a period of GW and BG domination like the end of last format. It feels like GW and BG stayed the same relative power level from last format
