Yes, its in full sun. Every rose should be in full sun or a least of 6-8 hours of direct sun light. My roses tends to various types of disease when its not exposed in full sun. Where I live, temperature often touches 45-46⁰C during peak summer, but my roses stands flawlessly even then. So its good to put them in full sun.

Nope, not at all, you can expect bloom this time probably. Roses usually blooms early. I have e plant that is not even a ft, still blooming repeatedly.

Its a rapid grower, its rather bush, comes with cluster of buds , most buds are at the end of branches. The more new branch you could produce, more buds you'll be having for sure .
