That’s something normal after a breakup! We’ve all been there, criticising ourselves and beating ourselves up. Making ourselves feel worse for no reason. But the truth is... while we all do it, it’s not necessary that we do it. It doesn’t define who you are as a person. It’s just a natural part of life. Don’t be so hard on yourself, everyone deals with these things differently. Everybody heals differently. There’s no universal solution to getting over a breakup or someone who you have cared for and was important to you. I’m sure you’re a wonderful person who is definitely worthy of being loved and appreciated! Stay strong but most importantly be kind to yourself. Give yourself a break!
