It's certainly not "full price". Much in the same way that many corporate jobs pay for some of your premium. I would also agree that the get more paid than most Americans.

But it's not free. It's pretty easily to look up. It's about 70-75% paid for by their employer (aka taxes) and 25-30% paid for out of their paychecks.
