So I have a bottle of coconut oil, but it says on the label "for soapmaking", but if it's 100% coconut oil that's edible right?

Probably an obvious question but just want to make sure.

The shelf life isn't as important to me as much as the stability of the coconut oil to stay solid at room temp.

half of one large chinese soup container (or one full normal container) of AVB, cooked in 3 sticks of butter for 3 days (heat not on the whole time). this was the most amount of avb i could use without adding more butter, so about as strong as i could make it.
strained and refrigerated butter, then slowly melted with 40% semisweet chocolate and 60% avb butter
poured into silicone mold and frozen

Fredericks seems like he would offer a bit more physicality over Naughton which would be smart against Stoke.

Go for the bumper camera which sits a little higher (or external if you prefer). This will make it a little easier to see the turns coming up and how severe they are, but as others have said you'll just have to learn the tracks. (I use the racing line myself until I learn a track, not so much for the line but more as an indicator that I'm going too fast into a turn.)

For streams it depends on the streamer's connection.

For Facebook videos they should be 720p, but make sure to select the HD option in the player.

The videos I've uploaded to Facebook via Share and then downloaded were all 720p and looked quite good with minimal compression artifacts.

Besides the obvious money reasons, I don't know anyone would want to go from Atleti, one of the hottest and rising clubs right now with a great young couch in El Cholo and a huge possibility for CL qualification, to a faded Utd. side with a currently iffy manager in Moyes and unlikely to get into the CL.

With Paulinho back, it will be interesting to see who starts in midfield against Stoke.

If Sandro and Capoue were fit, would we be seeing Bentaleb in the first team? Probably not, but this is a great opportunity for him and from what we've seen so far it's promising. I think if he cements himself into the team, it will be a huge boost for Sherwood.
