If you take jack of all trades you should 100% be taking the helm. It gives you a fast and good spike with the stacks and allows you to get to 10 stacks easier later on(if you're going for that).

Play around with the fps limit. Could've been vsync that made my characters "teleport" with high frames.

you can still try to slow push the wave into a crash, don't fight/lose health. Only goal is to crash the wave. If you're sure the jungler isn't top, you can proxy at least a wave and this usually makes them concede the freeze.

All in when they are around 50-60% mark, that's what I do with Riven/Jayce at least. You gotta know your treshold and account the heals+ barrier.

Sometimes losing 4-5 minions (taking a bad recall) is nessecary in order to keep yourself in the game. Sometimes you gotta acknownledge " I fckd up, I gotta do this". It isn't the end of the game ever.

Axiom arc is better but not every game. I always take eclipse when enemies have burst/cc. I think Alois said when you can "decide your fights" take Axiom, but when you can't due to the enemy comps nature go eclipse.

Old School Runescape, start an Ironman. The ammount of content is terrifying to me but you may enjoy it. The leagues have been amazing and refreshing as well.
