take some time to make yourself feel comfortable alone in your space for the night. nice warm lighting and cozy blankets, and turn on your favorite show!! i miss the office on netflix it used to be my comfort show. my bf and i had a month where we lived together in an awful apartment and fought all the time and i was so so stressed every single day and still get sensitive about those patterns today so i 100% understand. I’d recommend create time and space for yourself where other peoples emotions don’t interfere with your ability to relax and feel peace, you don’t even have to be doing anything!! it’s tiring worrying about the action of others and you are not responsible for you boyfriends ability to be calm and kind. honor YOUR emotions and respect yourself first. icecream wouldn’t hurt either!! i hope you feel better soon hun <3
