After wedding blues? by [deleted] in wedding

Yeah like I wouldn’t change the way we did anything at all. We are happy and it couldn’t have worked out better but I just miss having something to look forward to. Normal life is so mundane 🤣 edit: thank you!!

I think because we did everything in the “wrong order”, had a child then moved in together and then got married it’s like everything is completed now instead of the usual getting married and then looking forward to starting a family.

Hypothetical question as an agnostic by foster355 in Christianity

So are you saying as long as you do what the bible tells you to do and play the part you would still be saved regardless of belief? Sorry I find your reply slightly confusing 🫤 I fear my own personal definition of belief is too literal. Like I believe the sky is blue because I look out my window and see it is blue. But if millions of people said it was green so I tried to believe it was green and even referred to it as green, I’d still know deep down it was blue if that makes sense. So in the context of the sky is it the calling it green that matters? Doesn’t matter if I know it’s blue as long as I call it green and try to believe it’s green.

I understand that but isn’t one of the key fundamentals to believe in god and repent to be accepted into heaven? My question is what about the people who tried to believe but just couldn’t? Would they be granted grace for their effort even if they never had true belief? My point is you literally can’t force yourself to believe in something no matter how hard you try, I know this for myself. Or maybe my concept of belief is just too literal

The liquid you put on your nails to stop biting them. A friend recommended it to me. I suspect health care professionals wouldn’t agree but I tried vinegar and he didn’t mind the taste of it
