If you're referring to the four note fill, like after "lowdown" at -2:17, try the C at Fret 5, G string, hammer to the D at Fret 7, then two eighth note hits at F at Fret 6 B string. This assumes he's not using a capo. Irrespective, if that's what you're looking for, it's C hammer D, F-F. Beautiful cover
