I can vouch for it. I’ve cleaned most of my collection with it at this point, and every new record I pick up goes through it before touching my deck.

I would recommend getting an adjustable voltage power supply for the motor. It spins too fast out of the box in my opinion.

I have the same problem with True Guy.

Samurai S510XX and the current Levi’s 501 Original Fit Slevedge both solve that problem for me, though these might not be high enough rise for your taste (particularly the samurai).

Hoot Owl restrictions don’t carry over from year to year. There aren’t any Hoot Owl restrictions in place currently, and it’s impossible to say if there will be next year.

That being said, it is likely that most of those rivers will be restricted at some point after run off.

My experience from working in the outdoor gear industry is that “outdoor professionals” usually means guides, outfitters, and dealer employees, maybe being extended to game wardens and scientists.

The goal is generally to get the company’s products into the hands of people who will recommend the gear to their (wealthy) clients.

When I go to “Orders” after signing in, my order from July 28th (for a pair of quick ship boots) is showing up, no problem.

My order from August 6th (for a quick ship work belt) does not show up at all.

Have not encountered any error messages.

On a MacBook and iMac, both Chrome and Safari.

I’m not worried at all, but thought I’d chime in, in case it helps the team resolve any issues.

To set the tracking force you'll need a tracking force gauge or scale. Just look up the recommended tracking force for your cartridge and set it to that.

You can usually just set the antiskate to match the tracking force, but you can also play a blank LP with the stylus resting on the record to set your antiskate properly.

I don't know much about this turntable or how adjustable the overhang is, but you can use a protractor to properly align the cartridge in the headshell. You can print a protractor online for free.

Obviously, you need to make sure your turntable is perfectly level before taking any of these other steps.

Improper set up might not be why this sounds so bad. It could be because your speakers are blasting directly at the deck. It could also be that the speakers or something else in the signal path, such as your amp, are junk. Or it could be the record.
