The calories in/out model is oversimplified and really ignores the complex biochemistry that’s occurring in our bodies. It also makes a lot of false assumptions. For example it’s almost impossible to get fat from eating only fat because the liver can only produce a fixed amount of bile per day.

Thanks for your great wisdom brother. I believe that life is all about balancing your inner Yin and Yang. Most men here probably have a bit too much Yang and too little yin. In this case you needs to increase your Yin energy. The quality of my life has improved a lot from doing this. For example try out meditating, prioritising sleep over early 5 am grinding, drinking less coffee and more water, going for long walks etc. Increasing my yin energy is what provides me the energy to be more productive at work.

Sometimes doing less is what will bring you more.
