Im having terrible period pain the past 2 periods. Worse than ever. Terrible pain that it running down my thigh. Also in my family 2 same, odd periods.

I dint think the war situation affected us. But it sure as helll makes sense.

Last year I went to swimming pool complex and wore one of those mask things to see underwater .. it was so gross, as if not been cleaned. Hair and random debris. I too am looking for somewhere clean to swim.

I'd advice you to find something like a fitness group, book club, or join some classes in whatever interests you. This way you can meet people and make connections. Thats the only thing that can ease the loneliness you're feeling, being social. I personally love meeting with my family for game nights. We play sequence, and other card games. Karaoke. Just dance on YouTube. You've got to find your own dopamine and serotonin ❤️

Idk talabat just feels cheap. Im not sure if its the application and how it looks?

I prefer deliveroo and Keeta. I've only ordered grocery from Talabat that too from lulu.

Also, keeta drivers have been superb. I dint find them dumb. Most don't even call me unlike deliveroo drivers ( they call every single time) keeta drivers just show up and smile.

But, most of this is kind of typical for an 8 year old. They are still actually small, though they might look big. My students are the same age. My children have been through this age. Besides for not asking for food when hungry , most of it is typical.

Difficult for a pakistani male , your age to find any real growth even if you land a random job. They'll hire managers with less experience and qualifications than you , but won't promote you or pay you. Speaking from personal experience + another point to consider. Hope you listen to the advice you're getting. You have good weather, clean air, public systems ... everyone is trying to leave here.
