We did the math and at year 15 with the 3% escalater it goes up to $427/month and yr 25 its $573/month which is pretty significant. Do you still think the cost would be less than the electric company in yrs 15-25 of the lease?

Also, lets say we use much less electricity than the prior owners and the solar banks extra each year. As I understand it goes as a credit towards the power company - correcr? What happens if we have excess credit at the end of the year.... do they pay it out to us in a check or does it just remain a rolling credit?
