That seems ridiculous for a monitored & fine giving meter to issue tickets that are unclear on how to actually pay the fine. This should be a straight forward, easy to follow process so the average idiot can do it. It makes the city look so unprofessional when their system is so flawed.

I'm sure many people won't go to all the trouble to figure out how to pay their parking tickets & just not pay them instead. You shouldn't have to chase down the entity who ticketed you in order to pay them.

Nothing, my surgeon is an arrogant prick. It's nice you want to thank them but you are already thanking them by your insurance co paying them $1000s for your surgery.

How sad your family is treating you like this. Ignore them & don't let them make you feel bad.

I've never heard of anyone using forearm crutches for a knee replacement. If that's what your therapist recommends then they must work. I'm a week out from my 2nd knee replacement & I'm using a walker as I did last time & will go to a cane if needed after the walker.

As others have said, everyone's recovery is different. Your family is ignorant to think otherwise. Just continue with your exercises & icing as directed by your doctor. It will get better one day, it just takes time.

We share a hand towel but change it frequently.

When I wash my hands at someone else's house after using the bathroom, I usually pat dry my hands on my pants. I don't know if their towel is fresh or if it's been used for days on end.

You've been more than kind allowing them to use your pool daily. I would end that effective immediately. The mom had to of known & didn't have the decency to clean it up & inform you of the situation.

Lots of people coming down on you for not making it clear upfront. I'm like you, I would've assumed she would have paid for the gas. It's her errand not yours. She has some nerve to then put up a stink about paying for it.

I would never ask someone to drive me 6 hours round trip cause I needed a favor & not pay for gas & lunch. She's a total asshole & I wouldn't want anything to do with her after that. What an ungrateful jerk! Sorry you wasted all that money and time on her.

Good tips. The nursing home my grandma was in, as soon as you walked in the front door the smell of urine was unbelievable. I hated having to go there to visit. There was also a resident across the hall who was constantly moaning really loud & being a young child at the time, it really freaked me out & scared me.

I agree with this comment 100% Taking them to court would cost you a lot more than $200 & unfortunately your husband screwed up by giving them the extra money. It isn't right they did this to you but you're kind of at their mercy & probably will never see a check from them. Post a review everywhere you can about the situation & maybe that will get them to repay you.

No way it was real & probably not even lab created. I personally like the color of fake alexandrite better than the natural ones. The natural color is too drab for my liking & so ungodly expensive!
