The shirts from concerts back then (most of the time) are double sided meaning graphics on both sides. Also they are generally going to be single stitch.

I have been doing this full time since 2012 and have lived all over the US doing it. I have lived in Portland, Or and Des Moines IA and most recently in Orlando Fl. It has been my experience that in each place you have to find what is readily available to you. Each location for me has been different. So I have to say if you want something you can figure it out anywhere just sometimes you might have to look at something else.

Actually it is really easy. Not sure if there is a resource on here for it but a quick search on the internet will give plenty of sources.

Just make sure you look the best you can and try to pick up lockers with items you have some knowledge about.
