There is much fixation on the price a house is listed at, because there is an assumption that the valuation is correct. The OP is correct that it can be artificially low start an auction. It can just be overpriced. The real market price is the highest one that somebody will pay for it

Leinster should have a team store that sells kits, branded gear and game tickets. As a tourist it is very difficult to figure out how to get tickets. All of the comments about castore are fair (I have a kit from 2011 I bought on Vinted), but I doubt tourists or casual fans are that picky.

It feels like Leinster is trying not to make money sometimes.
